Hebei Zhongqing Machinery Co., Ltd. is located in Linzhang County, Handan City, Hebei Province, covering an area of 100 mu. The company consists of a sand casting workshop, shell workshop, cleaning workshop, and machining workshop. Currently, it has 316 employees and mainly produces construction machinery parts, train components, and heat treatment equipment parts. All products are exported to the United States, Japan, and Europe.

The company has resin sand production and shell molding processes. Product materials include low carbon steel, alloy steel, high manganese steel, wear-resistant steel, heat-resistant steel, and stainless steel. There are two sets each of 350KG, 500KG, and 1500KG medium-frequency electric furnaces, capable of producing products weighing from 0.5kg to 1500kg.

The company is fully equipped with inspection instruments such as spectrometers, tensile testing machines, low-temperature impact testers, Brinell/Rockwell hardness testers, magnetic particle flaw detectors, and ultrasonic flaw detectors.

Thanks to a complete management and quality control system, our factory passed the audit by Germany's TÜV Rheinland in 2001, obtained ISO9001:2015 and PED certification, and also received heat treatment certification from Japan’s Komatsu.
